Buying your chocolate
The product page shows current bar prices, quantity savings, subscription prices, and shipping charges. Stripe securely processes payment and shows your total, including any applicable tax, before you pay. Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds.
Shipping and pickup
Choose shipping or free pickup in Phoenix, AZ. U.S. shipping has one flat rate per order, including subscription deliveries, shown on the product page and included in your total before payment. We email tracking when an order ships. Heat or other delivery problems may delay dispatch; we'll contact you about changes affecting your order.
For pickup, we email the exact address after payment. Reply to arrange a collection time and wait for our confirmation before traveling.
Subscribe & Save
The product page shows subscription pricing for your selected quantity. You authorize a payment when you subscribe and every four weeks after that for your chosen quantity, plus shipping and any applicable tax, until you cancel. Stripe shows the recurring amount before you confirm your subscription. There is no minimum commitment.
Manage your subscription to cancel or update billing and payment details. Cancel before your next renewal to stop the next charge. Cancellation does not automatically refund an order that has already been paid for; the refund policy below still applies.
For quantity changes, delivery-address changes, skips, or pauses, email hello@honeychocolateco.com before your next charge. Changes take effect once we confirm them. Quantity changes apply to the next order without a mid-cycle charge. Skipped or paused orders are not charged or supplied. Shipping remains U.S.-only.
30-day money-back guarantee
Your first order is covered, including your first subscription delivery. If you're not happy with it, email hello@honeychocolateco.com with your order reference within 30 days of delivery or pickup. We'll refund the full amount paid, including tax and original shipping. Opened or tasted chocolate is covered. No food return is needed.
Cancellations and later orders
You can cancel any order before dispatch or pickup handoff for a full refund. Email us with your order reference. Refunding a subscription order does not cancel future deliveries; manage your subscription separately to stop future charges.
For later orders, we do not accept change-of-mind returns after dispatch or pickup. If items are damaged, melted, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days of delivery or pickup with your order reference and photos where possible. For a missing delivery, contact us within 10 days of the carrier's expected delivery date so we can investigate. These deadlines do not shorten the 30-day guarantee on your first order.
We'll offer a replacement at no extra cost or a refund for affected items and their tax. If the whole order cannot be delivered or is unusable, a refund includes the original shipping charge. Please do not send food back. Refunds go to the original payment method; your bank controls when the credit appears.
These terms do not limit rights that applicable consumer law gives you.

Using the website
Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, or infringe other people's rights. Our original writing, artwork, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
